A layout, the area, the substrate and the date you need it on site are enough to price the job. The joint layout comes back with the quotation, not three weeks later.
To quote a cast stone facade, send the elevation or layout, the total area, the substrate and fixing zone, the finish, any radius, the delivery address and the required date. NKSTONE responds within 24 hours with a quotation and a proposed joint layout.
What to send
- Elevation or layout drawing (PDF or DWG), with the setting-out origin if it exists
- Total area in m², and the panel format if it is already fixed
- Substrate: concrete, masonry, steel frame or rainscreen rail
- Finish: honed, open pore, fluted, ribbed or split face
- Any radius, with the maximum piece length the site can receive
- Delivery address, delivery term (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) and required date
- The specification clause you have to satisfy, if there is one
